pull wire displacement sensor RL-LX01
pull wire displacement sensor RL-LX01

Product Introduction

Adopting the standard ModBus RTU communication protocol, the product has a compact structure, linear measurement of stroke length, small installation space size, easy installation and maintenance, metal shell, dust-proof, vibration proof, sturdy and durable, groove wiring, consistent stroke per circle, and a measurement stroke of 0-7 meters. Multi strand stainless steel rope, corrosion-resistant, economical and practical, cost-effective, with a running frequency of up to 5 million times, linear accuracy of ± 0.1%, and repeatability accuracy of ± 0.01%.

matters needing attention

1. The rope displacement sensor is installed in a fixed position, and the pull head is pulled out. It is strictly prohibited to let go and let the cable retract instantly;

2. Keep the movement unobstructed, and during installation, the cable should be pulled out vertically;

3. Non technical personnel are strictly prohibited from disassembling. If necessary, please disassemble and reassemble under the guidance of technical personnel;

4. When installing stainless steel ropes, attention should be paid to angle control. If necessary, pulleys can be added to change direction appropriately to ensure measurement accuracy and the service life of the steel cable, and to avoid friction with the wire outlet;

5. During use, excessive dust and impurities should be minimized from entering the product, which can easily cause damage to the plastic coating of the steel cable or result in malfunctions such as poor operation;

6. Please confirm that the wiring is done with the power turned off, and be aware that incorrect wiring may cause the encoder motherboard to burn out.
